摘 要:随着图书馆藏书量和借阅人次的不断攀升,传统人工登记、纸质记录的借书管理方式暴露出效率低下、易出错、信息追溯困难等问题,难以满足现代化图书馆高效管理的需求。为实现图书馆借书流程的智能化与信息化,本设计提出一种基于 STC89C52 单片机的图书馆借书系统方案。
该系统利用 RFID 刷卡技术快速识别借书卡的借阅信息,结合 4*4 矩阵键盘实现书籍编码 ID 的精准输入与借还操作。通过 AT24C02 存储芯片对卡 ID 及所借书籍信息进行可靠存储,每完成一次刷卡操作,系统即触发声光报警提示。此外,LCD12864 显示模块实时呈现借书卡信息、书籍状态及操作结果。
本系统集成多种技术模块,构建了 “卡片识别 – 书籍操作 – 信息存储 – 数据展示” 的完整管理闭环,为图书馆提供了低成本、易维护的智能借书解决方案。经测试,系统操作便捷、数据处理准确,能显著提升图书馆借书管理效率,对推动图书馆数字化建设具有重要的实践价值。

Abstract: With the continuous increase in the number of books in libraries and borrowing,traditional manual registration and paper – based record – keeping methods for borrowing management have revealed problems such as low efficiency, susceptibility to errors, and difficulties in information tracing, making it difficult to meet the requirements of efficient management in modern libraries. To achieve the intelligentization and informatization of library borrowing processes, this design proposes a library borrowing system scheme based on the STC89C52 single – chip microcomputer.
The system utilizes RFID card – swiping technology to quickly identify the borrowing information of library cards, and combines a 4×4 matrix keyboard to achieve precise input of book code IDs and borrowing/returning operations. The AT24C02 storage chip is used to reliably store the card ID and the information of borrowed books. Each time a card – swiping operation is completed, the system triggers an audible and visual alarm prompt. In addition, the LCD12864 display module presents the library card information, book status, and operation results in real – time.
This system integrates multiple technical modules to construct a complete management closed – loop of “card identification – book operation – information storage – data display”, providing a low – cost and easy – to – maintain intelligent borrowing solution for libraries. Through testing, the system is easy to operate and accurate in data processing, which can significantly improve the efficiency of library borrowing management and has important practical value for promoting the digital construction of libraries.
