随着人们生活水平的提高和健康安全意识的增强，家庭环境的安全监测与家人健康管理成为日常生活的重要需求。传统的家庭安全防护和健康监测方式多依赖人工检查或单一设备，存在监测不及时、数据分散、预警滞后等问题，难以全方位保障家庭安全与成员健康。
基于 STC89C52 单片机的家庭安全和健康检测系统，整合了 MQ-2 烟雾检测模块、人体热释电检测模块、血压监测模块、体温监测模块、红外避障模块、紧急报警按钮、蓝牙模块 ECB02、按键及 LCD1602 显示屏等硬件，实现了多项核心功能：通过 MQ-2 模块检测环境烟雾浓度，浓度超最大值时触发声光报警；人体热释电模块在布防状态下检测到人体活动时启动声光报警；血压监测模块专门监测高血压，血压超出设置范围时进行声光报警；体温监测模块配合红外避障模块检测用户体温，体温异常时触发声光报警；用户按下紧急报警按钮可立即启动声光报警；通过蓝牙模块将各类监测数据实时传输至手机端；借助按键可灵活设置各监测指标的阈值；LCD1602 显示屏实时显示测量数据。
该系统的实现，实现了家庭安全与健康监测的一体化、自动化，提高了预警的及时性和准确性，为家庭提供了全方位的安全健康保障，同时为同类家庭智能监测设备的研发提供了参考，具有较高的实际应用价值。

ABSTRACT
With the improvement of people’s living standards and the enhancement of health and safety awareness, the safety monitoring of family environment and the health management of family members have become important needs in daily life. Traditional methods of family safety protection and health monitoring mostly rely on manual inspection or single equipment, which have problems such as untimely monitoring, scattered data, and delayed early warning, making it difficult to fully protect family safety and members’ health.
The family safety and health detection system based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer integrates hardware such as MQ-2 smoke detection module, human body pyroelectric detection module, blood pressure monitoring module, body temperature monitoring module, infrared obstacle avoidance module, emergency alarm button, Bluetooth module ECB02, buttons and LCD1602 display, and realizes several core functions: detecting ambient smoke concentration through MQ-2 module, triggering sound and light alarm when the concentration exceeds the maximum value; the human body pyroelectric module starts sound and light alarm when detecting human activities in the armed state; the blood pressure monitoring module specially monitors hypertension, and gives sound and light alarm when the blood pressure is out of the set range; the body temperature monitoring module cooperates with the infrared obstacle avoidance module to detect the user’s body temperature, and triggers sound and light alarm when the body temperature is abnormal; users can immediately start the sound and light alarm by pressing the emergency alarm button; various monitoring data are transmitted to the mobile phone in real time through the Bluetooth module; the threshold of each monitoring index can be flexibly set by buttons; the LCD1602 display shows the measured data in real time.
The realization of this system realizes the integration and automation of family safety and health monitoring, improves the timeliness and accuracy of early warning, provides comprehensive safety and health protection for families, and also provides a reference for the research and development of similar family intelligent monitoring equipment, which has high practical application value.
