摘 要
针对传统行李箱搬运费力、功能单一的问题,本文设计了一款基于伺服电机驱动的多功能行李箱。首先通过梳理国内外研究现状,明确了行李箱智能化与自动化的发展趋势;其次完成总体方案设计,重点围绕驱动系统展开核心研发,通过对比分析确定伺服电机作为动力源,阐述其控制优势与工作模式,并完成电机选型计算。在机械结构设计方面,完成了传动机构、齿轮、轴承及轴系的设计与强度校核,构建了稳定可靠的行李箱驱动系统。利用SolidWorks软件完成各零部件及整机的三维建模与装配,实现了结构可视化设计。研究结果表明,该设计通过伺服电机精准控制与合理的机械传动匹配,有效提升了行李箱的便携性与功能性,为智能行李箱的机械结构设计提供了参考方案。

Abstract
In response to the problems of traditional luggage handling being laborious and having a single function, this article designs a multifunctional luggage based on servo motor drive. Firstly, by reviewing the current research status at home and abroad, the development trend of luggage intelligence and automation was clarified; Next, complete the overall scheme design, focusing on the core research and development of the drive system. Through comparative analysis, determine the servo motor as the power source, explain its control advantages and working mode, and complete the motor selection calculation. In terms of mechanical structure design, the design and strength verification of the transmission mechanism, gears, bearings, and shaft system have been completed, and a stable and reliable luggage drive system has been constructed. The 3D modeling and assembly of various components and the entire machine were completed using SolidWorks software, achieving visual design of the structure. The research results indicate that the design effectively improves the portability and functionality of the luggage by accurately controlling the servo motor and matching it with a reasonable mechanical transmission, providing a reference solution for the mechanical structure design of intelligent luggage.
