摘 要
近年来,随着塑料大棚在我国的快速发展,当前塑料大棚已经成为我国农业生产中一个重要的环节。但是在我国的南疆地区,该地区的昼夜温差较大,使得该地区的土地较为干旱,土壤沙漠化也越来越严重,使得该地区对塑料大棚中温度及其湿度的检测和控制要求也越来越高,除了温湿度之外,大棚中的光照强度和CO2浓度也对植物的生长有着巨大的影响。此次设计使用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,使用温度检测模块DS18B20作为塑料大棚温度的检测模块,采用土壤湿度作为作为温室大棚中的湿度检测模块,采用SGP30作为温室大棚中的C02检测模块,采用光敏电阻作为温室大棚中光照强度检测模块,采用蓝牙将检测的数据发送到用户手机。此次设计的塑料温室所使用的硬件包括:主控芯片STC89C52、温度检测模块DS18B20、CO2检测模块SGP30、土壤湿度检测模块、光敏电阻、显示模块LCD1602、输出控制模块和蓝牙组成。给系统进行上电之后,通过将检测的温度、土壤湿度、CO2、光照强度等信息上传到单片机进行处理,通过将检测的数据和设置数据进行对比,从而控制输出,使得塑料大棚中植被生存在较为适宜的环境之中,并将检测的当前数据传输到管理人员的手中。该设计可以实现对塑料大棚环境的检测,且该设计的结构较为简单、系统稳定性较高、较为经济实用,可以满足南疆地区大部分农户的需求。

AbstractWith the rapid development of plastic greenhouses in our country, the plastic greenhouses have become a important part in our agricultural production. But in China’s southern xinjiang region, the region’s larger temperature difference between day and night, making the land in this region is relatively drought, soil desertification, also more and more serious, made the region of plastic greenhouse in detection and control of temperature and humidity requirements also more and more high, in addition to temperature and humidity, light intensity and CO2 concentration in greenhouse also has a huge impact on the growth of plants. This design uses STC89C52 microcontroller as the main control chip, uses the temperature detection module DS18B20 as the plastic greenhouse temperature detection module, uses the soil moisture as the humidity detection module in the greenhouse, and uses SGP30 as the C02 detection module in the greenhouse. Photoresistor is used as the light intensity detection module in the greenhouse, and Bluetooth is used to send the detection data to the user’s mobile phone. The hardware used in this design of plastic greenhouse includes: main control chip STC89C52, temperature detection module DS18B20, CO2 detection module SGP30, soil moisture detection module, photosensitive resistor, display module LCD1602, output control module and Bluetooth. To the system after power on, through the detection of temperature, soil humidity, CO2, light intensity and other information uploaded to the single chip microcomputer for processing, through the comparing test data and Settings data, so as to control the output, making plastic greenhouse in vegetation survival in a more suitable environment, and to detect the current data transmission to the hands of managers. The design can realize the detection of plastic greenhouse environment, and the design structure is relatively simple, the system stability is higher, more economic and practical, can meet the needs of most farmers in southern Xinjiang.
