At present, the comprehensive national strength of our country has been enhanced significantly, the people’s living standard is improving day by day, the consumption of footwear products is growing rapidly, and the shoe culture is becoming an important branch of contemporary trend. However, shoes in the wearing process will produce many health problems, in the long-term wear of shoes in the hot and humid micro environment, causing athlete’s foot and other skin diseases. Novel coronavirus outbreaks around the world. Some studies found that shoes may also serve as vectors for disease transmission, but they were neglected to be cleaned and disinfected. As a furniture product for storing shoes, shoe cabinet is dark and closed inside, which is very suitable for the survival and reproduction of bacteria. Nowadays, the shoe cabinet with a single storage function can no longer meet people’s health needs. The intelligent and green disinfection shoe cabinet will become the trend of the future market.
This paper takes the shoe cabinet as the research object, and uses single-chip microcomputer technology to design it, which is divided into software design and hardware design. Hardware design: DHT11 is used to detect the temperature and humidity in the shoe cabinet, GP2Y10 is used to detect the dust concentration in the shoe cabinet, infrared laser tube is used to detect whether the user needs to open the shoe cabinet, OLED LCD screen is used to transmit the detected data to the user’s mobile phone, and the user can design the parameter value by pressing the key. Software design: Keil5 is used as the programming software of this design, AD is used as the schematic diagram and PCB drawing software of this design, STC-ISP is used as the burning software of this design program, and Visio is used as the flowchart drawing software of this design. The software and hardware are designed together to control the temperature and humidity in the user’s shoe cabinet and the dust concentration in the shoe cabinet.
