摘要
火车作为当前一种较为传统的运输工具，由于采用火车进行运输效率较高，运输的数量较大，且不容易受到环境的影响，火车运输也作为当前运输的主要方式之一。由于使用铁路在交通方面起到较为关键的作用，对铁路的维护及其保障也成为保障当前我国经济的主要运输方式之一。当前在铁路上已经按照了较多的安全监控系统，其主要利用摄像头拍摄的画面，管理人员通过对画面进行识别，但是使用这种方式不能自动识别险情。很多时候在等车环节，很多乘客越过警戒线，这样子的举动非常危险。因此，构建一个针对铁交通警戒的安全监控平台，可在平台基础之上应用多种类型的智能监控，是十分有利和必要的。
本文根据实际火车警戒安全监控的需求，提出了以STC89C52单片机技术、红外对射管、光电传感器技术、语音播报技术、蓝牙技术等监控为基础的火车警戒线，包括软件设计和硬件部署设计。软件方面使用C语音进行编程，有利于软件的复用。在充分理解设计的功能性和非功能性需求基础上。最终可以实现检测火车到站信息和是否有人越过警戒线，检测到有人越过警戒线进行声光报警，语音提醒，并发送短信到工作人员手机，可以适应新的火车监控需求，最终实现软件复用。
此次设计的或者警戒线并且运行结果良好，能够满足实际火车站安全监控的需要。此设计在满足传统监控需求基础上，可二次开发新类型的智能化监控。

Abstract
As a relatively traditional means of transport, train transport is one of the main modes of current transport because of its high transport efficiency, large amount of transport and not easy to be affected by the environment. Because the use of railway plays a key role in transportation, the maintenance of railway and its guarantee have become one of the main modes of transportation to guarantee the current economy of Our country. At present, there are many safety monitoring systems in railway, which mainly use the pictures taken by the camera, and the managers can identify the pictures, but the danger cannot be identified automatically in this way. A lot of time when waiting for the bus link, many passengers cross the police line, this kind of behavior is very dangerous. Therefore, it is very beneficial and necessary to build a safety monitoring platform for railway traffic alert, on which various types of intelligent monitoring can be applied.
According to the actual demand of train security monitoring, this paper puts forward the train security line based on STC89C52 single chip microcomputer technology, infrared beam tube, photoelectric sensor technology, voice broadcast technology, Bluetooth technology, including software design and hardware deployment design. Software using C voice programming is beneficial to software reuse. Based on a full understanding of the functional and non-functional requirements of the design. Finally, it can realize the detection of train arrival information and whether there is someone crossing the warning line, detect someone crossing the warning line for sound and light alarm, voice reminder, and send SMS to the mobile phone of the staff, which can adapt to the new train monitoring requirements, and finally realize software reuse.
The design or the police line and running results are good, can meet the actual railway station security monitoring needs. On the basis of satisfying the traditional monitoring requirements, this design can develop a new type of intelligent monitoring..
