摘要
为了解决当前晾衣架只能手动晾晒衣物及其人工收晒衣物的问题,经常由于晾晒不及时错过合适和阳光,或者收取不及时晒干的衣物又被打湿的情况。此次设计一款基于单片机的自动晾衣架,通过温湿度、雨量、光照信息的采集来判断是否满足晾晒条件来进行衣物的晾晒。主要通过各个传感器收集模拟信号发送到单片机,单片机发出指令到各个模块输出数字信号。控制晾衣架的伸缩,控制衣物的自动晾晒和收取
该系统包括单片机、电源部分、温度湿度光强风速采集部分、显示部分、控制执行部分等。能够实现衣服的自动晾晒。本设计在设计时采用了STM32单片机的芯片作为核心,由温湿度传感器DHT11,光敏电阻、雨量监测模块、OLED显示屏以及步进电机ULN2003等组成。用户需要做的只是将衣服放于衣架上,通电便可以享受到非常好的晒衣体验。当湿度低于设定阈值收回,当湿度达到设定的阈值时晾衣架伸出;温度小于设定值时晾衣架收回;光照强度过低时晾衣架收回,光照强度较高时时晾衣架伸出;下雨时晾衣架收回等功能,并可以将监测的数据通过WIFI远程传输到用户的手机,用户可以通过手机远程进行了解,及其远程控制晾衣架进行杀菌和风干等操作。

Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the current clothes hanger can only be manually aired and its manual collection and drying clothes, often due to not timely miss the appropriate and sunshine, or not timely collection of dried clothes and wet. The design of an automatic drying rack based on single chip microcomputer, through the collection of temperature and humidity, rainfall, light information to determine whether to meet the drying conditions for clothes drying. Mainly through each sensor to collect analog signals sent to the microcontroller, microcontroller issued instructions to each module output digital signals. The system includes microcontroller, power supply, temperature, humidity, light intensity, wind speed acquisition, display, control and execution. It can realize automatic drying of clothes. In this design, STM32 microcontroller chip is used as the core, which is composed of temperature and humidity sensor DHT11, photoresistor, rainfall monitoring module, OLED display screen and stepper motor ULN2003. All the user needs to do is to put the clothes on the hanger, and the electricity will be connected to enjoy a very good drying experience. When the humidity is lower than the set threshold, the clothes hanger will stretch out when the humidity reaches the set threshold. When the temperature is less than the set value, the clothes hanger is withdrawn; When the light intensity is too low, the clothes hanger is withdrawn, and when the light intensity is high, the clothes hanger is extended. It can also transmit the monitored data to the user’s mobile phone through WIFI. The user can learn about it remotely through the mobile phone, and control the drying rack for sterilization and air drying.
