摘 要
我国当前家禽孵化器从传统家庭式孵化房向以出禽率高、雏禽质量高、孵化企业效益高的现代孵化企业转变的阶段。采用全自动恒温孵化器是优质、高效并且高产的最佳手段,是家禽孵化迈向现代化的重要标志之一。孵化器的出禽率主要温度和孵化器等条件决定。时下,我国的一些小型的孵化器系统控制仍靠人工经验来管理,严重影响了孵化率和雏禽质量。
为了解决该问题,此次设计一款孵化器,该孵化器采用STM32单片机作为此次设计的主控芯片,采用DS18B20监测孵化环境中的温度,采用DS1302获取当前的时间,实现定时进行翻蛋,用户可以通过按键设置温度的上下限值和定时时间,监测的温度及其当前时间等信息通过OLED进行显示。通过此次设计的孵化器,可以解决当前人工控制孵化器的温度及其翻蛋花费的人力及其物力,且孵化更加的规范。提高孵化率。

Abstract
At present, domestic poultry incubator has transformed from the traditional domestic incubating house to the modern incubating business with high poultry rate, high quality and high benefits. The use of automatic incubator is the best means of high quality, high efficiency and high yield, which is one of the important symbols of the modernization of poultry incubation. The rate of incubators is mainly determined by temperature and incubator conditions. Nowadays, some small incubator systems in our country are still managed by artificial experience, which has seriously affected the hatching rate and chick quality.
In order to solve this problem, an incubator is designed this time. The incubator adopts STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip of the design, DS18B20 is used to monitor the temperature in the incubation environment, DS1302 is used to obtain the current time, and timed egg turning is realized. Users can set the upper and lower limit of temperature and timing time by pressing keys. The monitored temperature and its current time are displayed through the OLED. Through the design of the incubator, can solve the current artificial control incubator temperature and egg turning cost of manpower and material resources, and incubation more standardized. Increase hatchability.
