摘要
在科技发展的今天,洗衣机作为每家每户必不可少的家具成品。此次设计一款全自动洗衣机,可以实现自动洗衣的整个过程:用户进行必要参数的输入、洗衣、脱水、洗衣结束提醒四大阶段。
数码管显示模块显示当前工作模式和时间。通过控制电机的正反转实现洗衣及甩干功能,自动洗衣机的控制要求是:启动后先开启进水阀进水,水位到达设定值后关闭,然后通过电机正反转进行洗衣,直至达到设定时间停止,之后打开排水阀放水,水放完后洗衣桶旋转脱水,1分钟后停止并关闭排水阀,洗衣过程结束。要求水位设置不少于高、中、低三档,洗衣时间内可调,以1分钟为单位。设置4个指使灯,分别指示洗衣机的工作模式,包括浸泡、洗涤、漂洗、脱水,通过液位检测模块实现自动注水停止;洗衣结束也报警提醒此次设计通过单片机对整个系统进行控制,然后使得洗衣机可以按照用户需求进行工作,从而完全解放人力。
使得此次设计不但可以满足当前大部分家庭洗衣要求,且使用更加的方便、便捷。因此,此次设计的全自动洗衣机具有较高的实用性及其现实研究意义。

Abstract
Today, with the development of science and technology, washing machines are essential furniture products for every household. This design of a full-automatic washing machine can realize the whole process of automatic washing: users input the necessary parameters, washing, dehydration, and remind the end of washing.
The nixie tube displays the current working mode and time. The function of washing and drying can be realized by controlling the positive and negative rotation of the motor. The control requirements of the automatic washing machine are: after starting, first open the water inlet valve to feed water, then close it when the water level reaches the set value, and then wash the clothes through the positive and negative rotation of the motor until the set time is reached. Then open the drain valve to drain the water. After the water is drained, the washing bucket rotates to dehydrate. After 1 minute, stop and close the drain valve, and the washing process is completed. It is required that the water level shall not be less than high, medium and low levels, and the washing time can be adjusted in 1 minute. Four pilot lamps are set to indicate the working mode of the washing machine, including soaking, washing, rinsing and dehydration. Automatic water injection is stopped through the liquid level detection module; At the end of washing, the alarm reminds that this design controls the whole system through a single chip computer, and then enables the washing machine to work according to the user’s needs, thereby completely liberating the human resources.
This design can not only meet the current requirements of most family laundry, but also be more convenient and convenient to use. Therefore, the automatic washing machine designed this time has high practicability and practical research significance.
