摘 要
关闭车窗时,存在较大的升举力,容易发生夹伤事故,因此要求汽车具备车窗防夹的功能。当前主流的防夹控制器多数采用霍尔传感器,该传感器不仅存在成本高、结构复杂和安装不便等问题,开发一款智能防夹车窗控制系统成为大势所趋。
为了提高车窗控制系统的智能化程度,本设计采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,通过雨水检测模块监测是否下雨,通过4个步进电机模拟四个车窗,通过4个红外对射管检测防夹,通过DHT11检测车内环境温湿度,通过5个按键共同控制车窗,其中一个控制4个同时开和关,另外四个分别控制四个不同的车窗。当监测到下雨时,自动关闭所有车窗,当车内温度超过30℃或低于10℃,湿度超过70%或低于30%,都会自动打开车窗。当检测到温湿度异常和下雨同时进行时,关闭车窗,执行高优先级的防雨保护。此外,采用无线蓝牙的通信方式,实现手机控制车窗的功能。
最后,将本文设计的车窗控制系统安装到了车门上,通过蓝牙模块进行通信,对其性能在不同环境下进行了测试分析。根据实验结果,本文的智能车窗控制系统具有防夹精度高、适应环境能力强的优点,有较好的实用价值。

Abstract
When the window is closed, there is a large lifting force and it is easy to have a nip accident, so the car is required to have the function of the window anti-pinch. At present, most of the mainstream anti-pinch controllers use Hall sensor, which not only has high cost, complex structure and inconvenient installation problems, but also develops an intelligent anti-pinch window control system.
In order to improve the intelligence of the car window control system, this design uses STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, monitors whether it rains through the rain detection module, simulates four Windows through four stepper motors, detects anti-clamp through four infrared reflector tubes, detects the ambient temperature and humidity in the car through DHT11, and controls the car window through five buttons. One of them controls four Windows that open and close simultaneously, while the other four control four different Windows. When rain is detected, all Windows are automatically closed, and when the temperature inside the car exceeds 30 ° C or less than 10 ° C, and the humidity exceeds 70% or less than 30%, the Windows will be automatically opened. When abnormal temperature and humidity are detected and rain is occurring at the same time, close the Windows and implement high-priority rain protection. In addition, the wireless Bluetooth communication mode is adopted to realize the function of controlling the window of the mobile phone.
Finally, the window control system designed in this paper is installed on the door, and its performance is tested and analyzed in different environments through Bluetooth module communication. According to the experimental results, the intelligent window control system in this paper has the advantages of high anti-pinch precision and strong adaptability to the environment, and has good practical value.
