Fruit and vegetable products due to the status quo of ChanXiaoDe separation cannot produce or sell namely, must go through acquisition, processing, storage, transportation, distribution and sales of the intermediate links to final sales to consumers, coupled with fruit and vegetable products of high temperature and humidity requirements, to ensure the product quality and safety of fruit and vegetable, must strictly control the temperature and humidity of the fruit and vegetable storage warehouse, The whole process of temperature control from purchase to sale of fruits and vegetables can reduce the product quality and safety risks in the storage process. This design is a fruit and vegetable warehouse storage detection control system design based on STC89C52 microcontroller. By using STC89C52 microcontroller as the main control chip, using DHT11 to detect the temperature and humidity of the warehouse, the management personnel can set the temperature and humidity upper limit according to the current fruit and vegetable storage temperature and humidity environment. When the upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity are not within the set range, the system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of the warehouse to be within the set range through the heating relay, refrigeration relay, humidification relay, and dehumidification relay. When the temperature and humidity are abnormal, the system sends a short message to the user’s mobile phone through Bluetooth. Managers can view and process the warehouse according to mobile phone information. This design can make the temperature and humidity of fruit and vegetable warehouse in a more suitable range. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the temperature and humidity of fruit and vegetable warehouse for reducing the loss of fruit and vegetable products in the storage process, ensuring the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable products and promoting the rapid and benign development of fruit and vegetable in China.
