摘 要
我国人口众多,蔬菜消费市场潜力大,需求量居高不下,适宜的仓库环境对于提高蔬菜存储周期、减少损耗率,起到关键作用。
为了解决大棚的智能测控问题,本文设计一款智能蔬菜仓库环境监测系统迫在眉睫。该设计一款基于STC89C52单片机的蔬菜仓库存储检测控制系统设计,通过采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,采用DHT11检测仓库的温湿度,管理人员可以根据当前蔬菜的存储温湿度环境设置温湿度上下限值,当设置的温湿度上下限值不在设定的范围之内会自动通过加热继电器、制冷继电器、加湿继电器、除湿继电器控制仓库温湿度处于设置的范围之内,在温湿度异常时,将通过蓝牙JDY-31发送短信到用户手机上。管理人员可以根据手机信息对仓库进行查看和处理。本次设计可以使得蔬菜仓库的温湿度处于较为适宜的范围之内。因此对蔬菜仓库存储的温湿度进行研究,对于减少蔬菜产品在仓库存储过程中的损耗、确保蔬菜产品质量安全及促进我国蔬菜的快速良性发展具有重大意义。

Abstract
China has a large population and a large potential vegetable consumption market, with high demand. A suitable warehouse environment plays a crucial role in improving vegetable storage cycles and reducing loss rates.
In order to solve the intelligent measurement and control problem of greenhouses, it is urgent to design an intelligent vegetable warehouse environment monitoring system in this article. This design is a vegetable warehouse storage detection and control system based on the STC89C52 microcontroller. By using the STC89C52 microcontroller as the main control chip and DHT11 to detect the temperature and humidity of the warehouse, management personnel can set temperature and humidity limits based on the current storage temperature and humidity environment of vegetables. When the set temperature and humidity limits are not within the set range, they will automatically pass through heating relays, refrigeration relays, humidification relays The dehumidification relay controls the temperature and humidity of the warehouse within the set range. In case of abnormal temperature and humidity, a text message will be sent to the user’s phone through Bluetooth JDY-31. Management personnel can view and process the warehouse based on mobile phone information. This design can ensure that the temperature and humidity of the vegetable warehouse are within a relatively suitable range. Therefore, studying the temperature and humidity of vegetable warehouse storage is of great significance for reducing the loss of vegetable products during warehouse storage, ensuring the quality and safety of vegetable products, and promoting the rapid and healthy development of vegetables in China.
