摘 要
我国是人口大国,粮食安全是国之根本,我国粮食存贮存在管理技术落后、粮食损坏严重的问题。为了解决此类问题造成的粮食浪费,本文设计智能粮仓监测系统,从而保障粮食的品质和避免粮食的浪费。
本设计以STM32单片机为中控器,传感器模块包含温湿度传感器DHT11、光敏电阻传感器、烟雾浓度传感器,其作用是监测粮仓的温湿度、光照强度值、烟雾值,为粮食的储存提供最适宜的存储条件;执行模块包含风扇模块、气泵模块、LED灯模块和蜂鸣器报警模块,其作用是调节粮仓的温湿度、光照强度、报警提醒等;此外,该系统还增加了WiFi模块,实现远程查看和远程控制,使管理更加便捷化和人性化。最后,从功能和性能方面进行实物测试,多次测试表明,该设计方案简单可行,具备粮食安全储存的功能,系统安全、稳定、可靠,具有实际应用和推广价值。

Abstract
Our country is a big population country, food security is the basic of a country, our grain storage management technology is backward, food damage serious problem. In order to solve the food waste caused by such problems, this paper designs intelligent granary monitoring system, so as to ensure the quality of food and avoid food waste.
This design uses STM32 microcontroller as the central controller, sensor module contains temperature and humidity sensor DHT11, photosensitive resistance sensor, smoke concentration sensor, its role is to monitor the temperature and humidity, light intensity value, smoke value of grain storage to provide the most suitable storage conditions; The executive module includes the fan module, the water pump module and the buzzer alarm module, whose function is to adjust the temperature and humidity of the granary, the intensity of light, alarm reminder, etc. In addition, the system also adds a WiFi module to realize remote viewing and remote control, so that the management is more convenient and user-friendly. Finally, from the aspect of function and performance of the physical test, many tests show that the design scheme is simple and feasible, has the function of food security storage, the system is safe, stable, reliable, has practical application and promotion value.
