本文设计了一款基于STM32单片机的智能语音提示坐垫,具有对压力、久坐时长检测并语音提示的功能,通过按键可以手动控制坐垫的加热与散热,以及久坐时长的选择。通过HX711检测重量,当满足一定重量,则表明有人坐在坐垫上,此时开始计时,当计时时间超过设定的最长时间,则语音提醒“请劳逸结合,注意起身运动”;通过DHT11检测温湿度,当温度不在设定的范围内,则控制加热和散热;通过按键设置时长、温度上下限值、手动控制加热、散热、模式切换;通过OLED显示测量数据;通过蓝牙模块,可将坐下时长、温湿度发送到手机端,手机端也可控制加热、散热、模式切换。该设计可以解决当前人们由于工作不得不每天较长时间久坐的问题,因此该设计具有一定的研究价值和研究意义。

Therefore, this paper designed an intelligent voice prompt cushion based on STM32 microcontroller, which has the function of detecting pressure and sitting time and voice prompt. The heating and heat dissipation of the cushion can be manually controlled by pressing buttons, as well as the selection of sitting time. The weight is detected by HX711. When a certain weight is satisfied, it indicates that someone is sitting on the cushion. At this time, the timing will start. The DHT11 is used to measure the temperature and humidity. If the temperature is not within the preset range, the system controls the heating and heat dissipation. Set the duration, upper and lower temperature limits, and manually control heating, heat dissipation, and mode switching by pressing buttons. Display measurement data through OLED; Through the Bluetooth module, the sitting time, temperature and humidity can be sent to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal can also control the heating, heat dissipation and mode switching. The design can solve the problem that people have to sit for a long time every day because of work, so the design has certain research value and significance.
