在粮食仓储领域,环境条件的稳定对保障粮食质量、减少损耗至关重要。传统粮仓管理主要依靠人工巡检,不仅耗费大量人力,还存在监测滞后、调控不及时等问题,难以适应现代化粮食存储对环境精准控制的需求。
基于 STC89C52 单片机的智能粮仓监测系统,集成了 DHT11 温湿度传感器、按键、LCD1602 显示屏、蓝牙模块及执行设备(通风机、除湿机),实现了粮仓环境的自动化监测与智能调控。系统核心功能包括:通过 DHT11 实时监测温湿度,当温度高于最大值(50℃)时启动通风机,低于最小值(35℃)时关闭通风机;当湿度高于最大值(70%)时启动除湿机,低于最小值(25%)时关闭除湿机。支持通过按键设置温湿度的最大及最小值,也能手动控制通风机和除湿机的开关。借助 LCD1602 显示屏实时显示温湿度数据;通过蓝牙模块将温湿度数据传输至手机端,同时支持通过微信小程序远程控制通风机和除湿机的开关。
该系统有效提升了粮仓环境管理的自动化水平,减少了人工成本,确保了粮仓温湿度的稳定,为粮食安全存储提供了可靠保障,对同类仓储环境监测系统的研发具有一定参考价值,具备实际应用意义。

ABSTRACT
In the field of grain storage, the stability of environmental conditions is crucial for ensuring grain quality and reducing losses. Traditional grain warehouse management mainly relies on manual inspection, which not only consumes a large amount of manpower but also has problems such as delayed monitoring and untimely regulation, making it difficult to meet the needs of modern grain storage for precise environmental control.
The intelligent grain warehouse monitoring system based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer integrates DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, buttons, LCD1602 display, Bluetooth module and executive devices (ventilator, dehumidifier), realizing automatic monitoring and intelligent regulation of the grain warehouse environment. The core functions of the system include: real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity through DHT11, starting the ventilator when the temperature is higher than the maximum value (50℃), and closing the ventilator when the temperature is lower than the minimum value (35℃); starting the dehumidifier when the humidity is higher than the maximum value (70%), and closing the dehumidifier when the humidity is lower than the minimum value (25%). It supports setting the maximum and minimum values of temperature and humidity through buttons, as well as manually controlling the on/off of the ventilator and dehumidifier. The LCD1602 display is used to show temperature and humidity in real-time. The Bluetooth module transmits temperature and humidity data to the mobile phone remotely, and the on/off of the ventilator and dehumidifier can also be controlled remotely through the APP.
This system effectively improves the automation level of grain warehouse environment management, reduces labor costs, ensures the stability of temperature and humidity in the grain warehouse, provides a reliable guarantee for safe grain storage, and has certain reference value for the research and development of similar warehouse environment monitoring systems, with practical application significance.
