小型钉齿滚筒式玉米脱粒机在家庭农场以及小规模种植户中应用较多,但是传统的机架大多为整体焊接结构,存在运输不方便、维修难、适应性差等问题。对于以上缺点,本文对小型钉齿滚筒式玉米脱粒机的机架做了模块化的设计。
根据传统整体式机架结构特点和存在的问题,提出了一种机架模块化设计方案。将机架分成动力模块、脱粒模块、分离模块、支撑模块这四个独立部分,各个模块之间用螺栓连接起来,接口形式统一化。完成各个模块的结构设计,确定各个模块之间定位和连接的方式。对主要部件做了计算选型,电动机选Y132S1-2型(5.5kW,2900r/min);传动系统用V带传动,用A型V带共3根,主动带轮直径125mm,从动带轮直径250mm;主轴直径按计算确定为40mm,进行了强度校核,满足设计要求。对机架进行静力学分析,保证机架在工作载荷下有足够的强度和刚度。用Unigraphics NX软件完成整机三维建模及虚拟装配,检查了模块间配合情况,没有干涉。模块化机架具备拆卸便利、易搬易运、维修成本低等特点,根据需要可更换或者升级单个模块。本设计给小型农业机械的模块化设计提供一定的借鉴意义,后续可以对模块接口的可靠性做进一步的试验研究,并且对整机的动力学进行详细的分析。

Small spike-tooth drum corn threshers are usually employed by family farms and small-scale planting enterprises. Previously, the frame was entirely welded; therefore, it has poor transport and maintenance characteristics and is not easy to modify. In light of the above problems, a modular design of the frame for the small spike-tooth drum corn thresher will be carried out in this paper.
Based on the analysis of the structural features and problems of the traditional integral frame, a modular Design plan for the frame has been put forward. The four parts of the frame are the power module, threshing module, separation module and support module. Modules are connected by bolting and have only one type of connector. The Structure of each Module has been designed, and the Position and Connection method for the modules have been determined. The main parts have been selected and decided: the motor type is Y132S1-2 (5.5kW, 2900r/min), a three-A type belt drive system will be used with a driving pulley diameter of 125mm and a driven pulley diameter of 250mm, and after strength checking, the diameter of the main shaft is 40mm, which meets the design requirements. Static analysis of the frame is used to verify that it can bear the working load and is stiff enough. With the help of Unigraphics NX software, a 3D model and virtual assembly of the whole machine have been completed, and it has been confirmed that there are no interference problems among the modules; this modular frame is easy to disassemble, convenient for transportation, and has a low maintenance cost. According to the different needs of different people, modify or add to a particular module. The above Design will serve as a reference for the modular Design of small agricultural machinery. More research will be conducted in the future on the reliability of the module interface and dynamic analysis of the whole machine.
