摘 要
为了解决传统家用切肉设备效率低、安全差、切制规格单一的问题,本文设计出一种小型家用切肉机。以机械结构优化和自动化控制为主,完成整机方案设计、机械传动系统、主轴部件、刀具、机架的详细设计和校核。通过合理选型电机、带传动、轴承等关键部件来构建稳定的主传动系统;设计垂直切割型刀具结构,实现肉类的均匀切制;根据家用设备小型化、轻量化的要求,完成机架材料选用及结构设计,制定安全防护措施。并用solidworks软件对切肉机各个零部件和总装进行三维建模分析。通过经理论计算和校核验证得到的结果可以看出,本设计切肉机结构紧凑、运行稳定、操作方便,可以满足家庭场合下肉类自动切制的要求,提高家用厨房设备自动化水平及使用安全性,有较好的实用价值和市场推广前景。

In light of the problems of low efficiency, poor safety and a single cutting specification in traditional household meat-cutting equipment, this paper proposes the Design of an automatic micro household meat-cutting machine. At the core is the optimisation of mechanical structure and automation control; thus, perform detailed design and verification of the whole machine scheme, mechanical transmission system, spindle components, cutting tools and frame. Select some representative parts, such as the motor, belt drive and bearing, to build a stable main transmission system; design a vertical cutting tool structure that can achieve uniform cutting of meat; according to the demand for miniaturisation and lightweighting of household appliances, complete the material selection and structural Design of the rack, and develop safety protection measures. SolidWorks software is to be used for the 3D model and analysis of all parts and assemblies of the meat slicer. Through theoretical calculation and verification, the designed meat slicer is compact in size, stable in operation and convenient to use; it can meet the demand for automated meat cutting in household scenarios, enhance the level of automation and safety of household kitchen appliances, possess high practical value, and have market promotion prospects.
