摘 要
据了解,老年人经常会出现心肌梗塞、心力衰竭、中风等突发病,加上老年人骨质疏松,很容易因跌倒或被物体冲撞而发生骨折,遇到这些情况就要将老人及时送入医院治疗,否则可能会有生命危险。为了能及时帮助老人的得到有效救治,急需开发一款老人急救呼叫系统,有效保证老人的生命安全。
本设计采用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,采用MPU6050传感器判断老人是否跌倒,采用GPS模块进行定位,采用GSM模块发送短信,当监测到老人跌倒时,可通过两个按键进行呼救,其中一个按键是在身边有人的情况下,通过TTS语音播报模块进行语音呼救“我起不来了,请帮我一下”,另一个按键是在身边没人的情况下,通过GSM向监护人发送定位,除此之外,如果老人摔倒后失去意识,跌倒后30秒未起身或未呼救,则同时启动语音呼救和发送定位短信,短信只发一次,语音呼救每隔10s播报一次,直到监测到老人被搀扶起来。
通过实物测试,该智能老人呼救系统不但克服了传统呼叫仪器的缺点,而且使用简单,能够为老人提供更加便捷、安全的生活方式。

Abstract
It is understood that the elderly often have myocardial infarction, heart failure, stroke and other sudden diseases, coupled with osteoporosis in the elderly, it is easy to fall or be hit by the object and fracture, encounter these situations to send the elderly to the hospital in time for treatment, otherwise it may be life-threatening. In order to help the elderly get effective treatment in time, it is urgent to develop an elderly emergency call system to effectively ensure the safety of the elderly.
In this design, STM32 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip, MPU6050 sensor is used to judge whether the elderly fall, GPS module is used for positioning, and GSM module is used to send SMS messages. When the elderly fall is detected, two keys can be used to call for help, one of which is when someone is around. Voice call for help through the TTS voice broadcast module “I can’t get up, please help me”, the other button is to send positioning to the guardian through GSM when no one is around, in addition, if the old person loses consciousness after falling down, does not get up after 30 seconds or does not call for help, the voice call for help and the positioning SMS are activated at the same time, and the SMS is only sent once. The voice call for help was broadcast every 10 seconds until the elderly man was detected being helped to his feet.
Through the physical test, the intelligent elderly call system not only overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional call instrument, but also is simple to use, and can provide a more convenient and safe way of life for the elderly.
