摘 要
超速驾驶是导致交通事故发生重要指标。对行驶在道路上的车辆进行测速,能够为超速检测和交通事故回溯等提供重要参考,同时也能减少人工参与,提高道路交通的智能化水平。
对道路交通进行相关分析后,本文设计并开发了一款智能车速检测系统,该系统可对实时车速进行监测,当实时车速大于设置车速最大值,每间隔10s,语音播报提醒“您已超速,请减速慢行”。本系统主要由车速监测端与蓝牙端两部分构成,监测端的主控芯片将传感器采集的数据处理后,通过蓝牙端将数据传输至云端服务器的数据库中,用户可通过手机端实时监测当前车速信息,也可通过显示屏实时监测当前实时车速,还可通过按键对车速最大值和车轮转速进行调整,各模块相互配合,共同完成车速监测系统的开发。
经过对系统的总体测试结果表明: 系统的车速监测系统具备可靠性与低功耗需求,该系统能有效的降低交通事故发生效率,保障人们的生命财产安全。

Abstract
Speeding is an important indicator of causing traffic accidents. Measuring the speed of vehicles driving on the road can provide important references for speeding detection and traffic accident tracing, while also reducing manual participation and improving the intelligent level of road traffic.
After conducting relevant analysis on road traffic, this article designs and develops an intelligent speed detection system that can monitor real-time vehicle speed. When the real-time vehicle speed exceeds the set maximum value, every 10 seconds, a voice broadcast will remind you that “you have exceeded the speed limit, please slow down”. This system mainly consists of two parts: the speed monitoring end and the Bluetooth end. The main control chip of the monitoring end processes the data collected by the sensor, and transmits the data to the database of the cloud server through the Bluetooth end. Users can monitor the current speed information in real time through the mobile phone end, or monitor the current real-time speed through the display screen. They can also adjust the maximum speed and wheel speed through buttons, and each module works together, Jointly complete the development of the speed monitoring system.
The overall test results of the system indicate that the speed monitoring system has reliability and low power consumption requirements. The system can effectively reduce the efficiency of traffic accidents and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.
