摘 要
随着人们对衣物护理需求的提高,衣物收纳和护理市场前景广阔,相对于市场上已有的智能衣柜,本文设计的衣柜智能化程度更高、成本较低,有较强的市场竞争力。在后续研究中,将对衣柜功能进一步优化、持续降低成本、提高价格优势及普及性。
本设计以智能衣柜为研究对象。通过三个红外避障触发模块,可用于监测使用者的身高,当触发一个时,衣架处于最低,当触发两个时,衣架处于中间,当三个都触发,衣架处于最高;通过触发型光敏电阻监测光照值,当衣柜内光照强度过低,且触发了红外避障触发模块,则自动打开照明灯;通过LCD1602显示屏对衣架状态、灯是否打开灯进行显示;通过按键可对衣架的高度进行调整。以上模块的相互配合,共同完成衣柜监控系统的设计。
实物测试表明,该衣柜监测系统能够有效对衣物进行收纳和护理,并通过相关器件完成衣柜相关环境参数的调节,使衣柜的收纳环境处于适宜的状态,提高消费者的使用体验。

Abstract
With the improvement of people’s demand for clothing care, clothing storage and care market prospects are broad, compared with the existing smart wardrobe on the market, the wardrobe designed in this paper has a higher degree of intelligence, lower cost, and strong market competitiveness. In the follow-up study, the function of the wardrobe will be further optimized, the cost will be continuously reduced, and the price advantage and popularity will be improved.
This design takes intelligent wardrobe as the research object. Three infrared obstacle avoidance trigger modules can be used to monitor the user’s height. When one is triggered, the hanger is at the lowest; when two are triggered, the hanger is in the middle; when all three are triggered, the hanger is at the highest; The light value is monitored through the trigger photoresistor. When the light intensity in the wardrobe is too low and the infrared obstacle avoidance trigger module is triggered, the light will be automatically turned on. The LCD1602 display screen is used to display the status of the hanger and whether the light is turned on. The height of the hanger can be adjusted by pressing the button. The above modules cooperate with each other to complete the design of the wardrobe monitoring system.
The physical test shows that the wardrobe monitoring system can effectively store and care for clothing, and complete the adjustment of wardrobe related environmental parameters through related devices, so that the wardrobe storage environment is in a suitable state, and improve the user experience.
