摘 要
随着经济的快速发展,驾车出行已成为重要出行方式,而停车及停车收费问题成为民生痛点。面对“停车收费乱”、“通行效率低”等问题,为了满足人民群众的高效停车、便捷出行的需求,并提升交通综合服务能力,设计一款智能停车收费系统极为关键。
本系统以STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,通过4个红外避障管检测停车位是否有车,车位有车时,相应红色LED灯被点亮;通过另一个红外避障管检测入口处是否来车,如果来车且车位满时进行蜂鸣器报警提醒,当车停入后,启动及时设备,一小时内,价格是5元,超过一小时每小时3元。并通过LCD1602显示当前总车位数、剩余车位数、以及停车费。此外,该系统该使用蓝牙模块,可以将监测到的相关数据发送到手机端,也可以通过手机端控制系统进行工作。
实物测试表明,该系统能够正常实现预设功能,并有效实现高效便捷通行、降低运营成本、提高管理效能的目标,对推动交通综合服务能力和驱动智慧转型发展意义重大。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, driving has become an important way of travel, and parking and parking charges have become a pain point for people’s livelihood. In the face of the problems of “disorderly parking fees” and “low traffic efficiency”, in order to meet the needs of the people for efficient parking and convenient travel, and to improve the comprehensive traffic service capability, it is extremely critical to design an intelligent parking fee system.
The system uses STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, and detects whether there is a car in the parking space through four infrared obstacle avoidance tubes. When there is a car in the parking space, the corresponding red LED light is lit. Through another infrared obstacle avoidance tube to detect whether the entrance to the car, if the car and the parking space is full when the buzzer alarm reminder, when the car is parked, start the timely equipment, within an hour, the price is 5 yuan, more than an hour per hour 3 yuan. In addition, LCD1602 displays the current total number of parking Spaces, the remaining number of parking Spaces, and the parking fee. In addition, the system uses a Bluetooth module to send the monitored data to the mobile phone, and can also work through the mobile phone control system.
The physical test shows that the system can normally achieve the preset functions, and effectively achieve the goals of efficient and convenient traffic, reduce operating costs, and improve management efficiency, which is of great significance to promote the comprehensive traffic service ability and drive the development of intelligent transformation.
