基于单片机的非接触洗手液控制系统设计
摘要:在疫情的背景下,日常的洗手消毒工作越来越成为人们生活中的必要环节,而目前使用较为广泛的手按式消毒瓶, 已不能满足当前形势的需求,因此,设计一款智能洗手消毒仪,减少了人员之间的相互接触,为防疫工作带来便利,具有良好的发展前景。
本设计以STM32单片机作为主控芯片。通过红外避障模块检测人的手是否放在洗手液下方,如果检测到手在洗手液装置下面,则通过水泵抽水洗手,2s后自动停止,并通过OLED显示七步洗手法教程,此外,还可以通过语音播报七步洗手法教程。该系统的研究和开发,能够有效的实现消毒工作智能化和自动化。具有很好的推广和普及意义。
Design of non-contact hand sanitizer control system based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract:In the context of the epidemic, the daily hand-washing disinfection work has become more and more a necessary part of people’s lives, and the more widely used hand-pressing disinfection bottles can no longer meet the needs of the current situation, therefore, the design of an intelligent hand-washing disinfection instrument can reduce the contact between personnel and bring convenience to the epidemic prevention work, which has a good development prospect.
This design uses STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip. The infrared obstacle avoidance module is used to detect whether the hand is placed under the hand sanitizer. If the hand is detected under the hand sanitizer device, the hand is washed by pumping water and automatically stops after 2s, and the seven-step washing technique tutorial is displayed through OLED. In addition, the seven-step washing technique tutorial can be broadcast through voice. The research and development of this system can effectively realize the intelligent and automatic disinfection work. It has good promotion and popularization significance.
