摘 要
电风扇,一度被认为会逐渐地在空调产品的影响下而被淘汰。然而在中小城市和农村,它们仍然是未来每个家庭降温的必备器具。但是,传统的电风扇存在噪音大,电量消耗大,手动开关等缺点,无法满足人们的需求。随着电子信息技术的发展,各种传感器与处理器被嵌入到家用电器中,并能自动响应环境变化,提高用户的舒适性、便利性以及智能化。本文对普通家用电风扇的设计进行了改进,根据现代生活的要求,使电风扇更功能化、更现代化。
基于上述的讨论,本文设计了一种基于STC89C52RC主控芯片的智能温控风扇。风扇系统利用到了温度传感器DS18B20来感测温度,时钟芯片DS1302用于确定当前时间并实现定时,通过LCD1602显示时间、温度值和风扇模式,并利用三极管电路放大原理实现PWM控制风扇驱动。在此基础上,设计了一个简单的红外遥控系统,该系统的遥控发射装置同样地以单片机为核心,与一个HS1838型一体化红外综合接收头相结合而组成,以此来实现近距离遥控电风扇的操作,使系统的操作使用更加便捷。为了明确实验结果,本设计使用了5V风扇。该设计具有成本低、效率高、功耗低的特点,适合现实生活。

Design of intelligent fan based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract
Electric fans were once considered to be phased out under the influence of air conditioning products. However, in small and medium-sized cities and rural areas, they are still the necessary equipment for cooling every family in the future. However, the traditional electric fan has the disadvantages of high noise, high power consumption and manual switch, which can not meet people’s needs. With the development of electronic information technology, various sensors and processors are embedded in household appliances, which can automatically respond to environmental changes and improve the comfort, convenience and intelligence of users. This paper improves the design of ordinary household electric fan, and makes the electric fan more functional and modern according to the requirements of modern life.
Based on the above discussion, this paper designs an intelligent temperature control fan based on STC89C52RC main control chip. The fan system uses the temperature sensor DS18B20 to sense the temperature. The clock chip DS1302 is used to determine the current time and realize timing. The time, temperature value and fan mode are displayed through LCD1602, and the PWM control fan drive is realized by using the amplification principle of triode circuit. On this basis, a simple infrared remote control system is designed. The remote control transmitting device of the system is also composed of a single chip microcomputer and an hs1838 integrated infrared comprehensive receiving head, so as to realize the operation of the short-range remote control electric fan and make the operation and use of the system more convenient. In order to clarify the experimental results, a 5V fan is used in this design. The design has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency and low power consumption, which is suitable for real life.
